Waar vind je de Gulden Lelie? Schoytestraat 19 2000 Antwerpen. Studentenhuis De Gulden Lelie ligt in het kloppend hart van de koekenstad. Vanop je kot sta je in een oogwenk op de Groenplaats. 

Hoeveel betaal je voor de huur van een kamer? De huurprijs van je kamer bedraagt 395 euro per maand, een heel schappelijke prijs voor een kot in centrum stad! Ook de poets van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes is inbegrepen. Studenten die een volledig academiejaar huren, genieten de voorkeur.

De studentenkamers zijn ook toegankelijk voor studenten met een beperking.

Where can you find De Gulden Lelie? Schoytestraat 19 2000 Antwerp. De Gulden Lelie student dorms are located in the beating heart of the biscuit city. You can get from your dorm to the Groenplaats in no time at all.

How much do you pay to rent a room? The rent for your room is 395 euros per month, a very reasonable price for a dorm in the city centre! Cleaning of the common areas is also included in the price.Preferably you rent the whole academic year.

The rooms are also accessible for students with disabilities.

• Je verblijft in een rookvrije kamer met een eigen badkamer (aparte ruimte met wc en lavabo). Op de gang vind je douches.
• Je kamer/flat is makkelijk af te sluiten met een badge of sleutel.
• Er is een gemeenschappelijke ruimte met kookmogelijkheid op elke verdieping.
• Je kan gebruikmaken van een mooie grote binnentuin.
• Je beschikt over een plaats om je fiets te stallen.

• You will stay in a no-smoking room with a private bathroom (separate room with toilet and sink). There are showers in the corridor.
• Your room/flat can be easily locked with a badge or key.
• There is a common room with cooking facilities on each floor.
• You can use the large and pleasant courtyard garden.
• There are parking areas for your bike.

• We verwachten dat je respect hebt voor de andere medebewoners/kotstudenten, bezoekers en medewerkers.
• Je bent welkom in alle gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, in de cafetaria, in de tuin…
• Er geldt een totaal rookverbod in De Gulden Lelie, ook in de kamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Er is wel altijd een rookruimte. 
• Je mag geen huisdier houden op je kamer/flat.
• Je volgt de huisregels van het studentenhuis waar je verblijft (bijvoorbeeld geen nachtlawaai, niet koken op de kamer…).
• Extra: je hebt de mogelijkheid om tijdens het academiejaar vakantiewerk te doen bij Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen.

• We expect that you will be respectful of other residents/students, visitors and staff.
• You are free to use all common areas, the cafeteria, garden, etc.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout De Gulden Lelie, including in the rooms and common areas. But a smoking area is always available. 
• You are not allowed to keep a pet in your room/flat.
• You must adhere to the house rules of the student house where you are staying (e.g. no noise at night, no cooking in the room, etc.).
• Extra: you have the possibility to do a student job at Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen during the academic year.

Je bent welkom zo lang je wil: minstens 2 weken tot een volledig academiejaar. / You are welcome to stay for as long as you want: at least 2 weeks to a full academic year.

• Voor een kamer in een woonzorgcentrum betaal je 11,19 euro per dag inclusief water- en energieverbruik, televisietoestel met kabeltelevisie, bedlinnen, handdoeken, ijskast en poets. Een bed, tafel en stoel zijn in de prijs inbegrepen.
• Voor een assistentiewoning betaal je eveneens  11,19 euro per dag en een maandelijkse provisie van 62 euro voor de nutsvoorzieningen.
  Keuken is voorzien. Meubels breng je zelf mee. Ook een assistentiewoning wordt door ons gepoetst.
• Je betaalt een huurwaarborg bij inhuring.
• Je tekent een huurcontract en een afsprakennota als vrijwilliger. Als stagestudent bezorg je ons ook nog een ondertekend stagecontract en medisch attest.

• For a room in a residential care home, you pay 11.19 euros a day, which includes water and energy use, a television set with cable TV, bed linen, towels, fridge and cleaning. A bed, table and chair are included in the price.

• For an assisted living flat, the cost is also 11.19 euros per day and a monthly provision of 62 euros for the utilities. A kitchen is available. You need to bring your own furniture. We also clean the assisted living flats.

• You pay a rental guarantee when you start the lease.

• You sign a rental contract and a document listing your obligations as a volunteer. As a student on a traineeship, you also need to give us a signed traineeship contract and medical certificate.

• Woonzorgcentrum
• Er staan een ijskast en kabeltelevisie voor je klaar op de kamer.
• Er is gratis wifi op je kamer en in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.
• Omwille van de brandveiligheidsvoorschriften is  een kook- of campingvuur op je kamer niet toegelaten. Als je dat wenst, mag je er wel huishoudtoestellen, zoals een microgolfoven of waterkoker, plaatsen.
• In sommige woonzorgcentra is er een gemeenschappelijke keuken op de gang.
• Je krijgt elke week proper bedlinnen en je kamer wordt wekelijks gepoetst.
  
  Assistentiewoning (serviceflat)
• Je kan koken in de keuken van je flat. Extra huishoudtoestellen zoals microgolfoven of waterkoker, kan je ook hier installeren.
• Je bedlinnen dien je zelf mee te brengen en te wassen.
• Je assistentiewoning wordt door ons gepoetst.

• You can have soup, a main course and dessert for a reduced price in the afternoon (Monday to Sunday). You can even get breakfast and dinner at the residential care home. We do ask that you order these in advance.

Residential care home

• A fridge and cable TV are at your disposal in the room.
• There is free WiFi in your room and in the common areas.
• Due to fire safety regulations, cooking or camping stoves are not allowed in your room. But if you want, you can install household appliances, such as a microwave or a kettle.
• In some residential care homes, there is a communal kitchen in the corridor.
• You get clean bed linen, and your room is cleaned, every week.

Assisted living (service flat)

• You can cook in the kitchen of your flat. You can also install additional household appliances like a microwave or a kettle here.
• You need to bring and wash your own bed linen.
• We will clean your assisted living flat.

• We verwachten dat je respect hebt voor al onze bewoners, bezoekers en medewerkers.
• Je bent welkom in alle gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, in de cafetaria, in de tuin…
• Er geldt een totaal rookverbod in het woonzorgcentrum, ook in de kamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Er is wel altijd een rookruimte. 
  Ook in de assistentiewoningen is het sterk afgeraden om binnen te roken. Na afloop van het contract betaal je de kosten voor het herstel
  van de rookschade in de flat.
• Je mag geen huisdier houden op je kamer/flat.
• Je volgt de huisregels van het woonzorgcentrum waar je verblijft (bijvoorbeeld geen nachtlawaai, niet koken op de kamer…).

You are also strongly advised not to smoke inside the assisted living flat. At the end of the contract, you will pay any costs to repair damage from smoke in the flat.
• You are not allowed to keep a pet in your room/flat.
• You must adhere to the house rules of the residential care home where you are staying (e.g. no noise at night, no cooking in the room, etc.).

• In one of Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen's residential care home in Antwerp, Berendrecht, Berchem, Borgerhout, Brasschaat, Deurne, Ekeren, Hoboken, Merksem or Wilrijk.
• In a limited number of Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen's assisted living flats.
